The company started as a small carpentry workshop by founder Andreas Stavrakas in December 1954.In 1978 became an industrial unit producing wooden profiles and in early 1990 began to develop as a commercial timber company with strong engineering infrastructure.

Today, after almost 60 years, the combination of experience and knowledge of wood, engineering infrastructure and a modern management has made the company 'Stavrakas SA' one of the most dynamic timber trade business in western Greece.
